Swedish Massage
Take time away to get into your body and out of your head as you melt into a deep relaxation using a flow of light to firm massage strokes. Swedish massage may help to lower blood pressure, increase immune function and reduce muscle tension and stress.
-
Deep Tissue Massage
Using sustained firm to deep/deep pressure, I’ll work with the muscle and your pain tolerance to release trigger points and muscle tension. Gentle stretching will be added to increase range of motion and flexibility. These techniques are great for chronic pain, injuries, postural problems, sciatica, repetitive muscle strain.

Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage is a firm-firm to deep pressure that combines many of my tools for relaxation and deep relief.
Fascia is the soft connective tissue that wraps most system structures to support the human body. Releasing the fascia first with minimal massage oil and long gliding strokes, stretches the contractive tissue to relax contracted muscles at rest, stimulate the stretch reflex and improve blood circulation.
This then helps me work more deeply in the muscles to relieve stress, trigger points and adhesions.

Sarga
Sarga Bodywork is a barefoot massage method that employs the use of a fabric strap fastened to a massage table to deliver therapeutic, myofascial and deep tissue techniques. This fabric strap is used by practitioners for stability and to add tensional and gravitational force to specific manual therapy techniques.
These techniques, combined with the broad contact surface of the foot, facilitates less restriction and more ease and relaxation in the recipients' bodies.
Sarga will only be available in 90 minute sessions. If you have already committed to a 60 minute package, you can upgrade your session to a 90 minute to reward yourself with this unique practice, releasing stress and adhesions from head to toe.
UNAVAILABLE UNTIL 2024

Cupping Therapy
Cupping is the oldest practiced medical treatment in history, going back about 3,500 years when it was popularized in Egypt.
Cupping pulls stagnation out of tissues, bringing it to skin level (the circular discoloration that you see), to then be processed by the circulatory and lymphatic system to be flushed out by the body. This leaves space in the affected area for fresh blood and vital nutrients to be restored. This negative pressure of suction lifts the tissues, so that deep work is easily accomplished throughout fascia, muscles and organs.
This in turn releases joint stiffness, strengthens skin, helps organs function optimally, relaxes the nervous system which minimizes fatigue, depression, high blood pressure etc. and removes lactic acid from muscles. Thus resulting in longer lasting massage.
The benefits don’t end here!

Prenatal Massage
With gentle swedish strokes and comfortable bolster support, mother and baby will experience relief. Besides helping circulate fresh oxygenated blood and lymph, getting a massage during pregnancy can help reduce swelling, muscle tension, regulate hormones and improve sleep.

Hot Stones
Made from volcanic rocks, these smooth basalt stones are a great addition to any massage service. The heat in the stone brings a deep relaxation, easing anxiety, insomnia, stress and increasing blood circulation to aid in muscle recovery.

Cupping Therapy
I use different sets of cups depending on the goal.
I practice with soft flexible medical grade silicone cups, Biomagnetic vacuum cups (with or without magnets) and smaller glass cups with rubber pump attached.
All incredible tools to remove stagnant blood and waste, so clean lymph and oxygenated blood can heal the body.
